Our Solution

Chiron developed Automativo, an automation engine powered by AI and Machine Learning. The system analyzes vehicle images to estimate damage and costs, automates the assignment of requests to the most suitable body shops, and generates pre-filled quotes. The infrastructure is orchestrated with Airflow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes + Terraform on GCP, ensuring scalability and seamless integration with external claims-management systems.

Results

Automativo reduced average quoting times by 70%, improving estimate accuracy and customer satisfaction. Process automation lowered operational workload, making the platform more efficient and ready to scale toward insurance partners and new post-sale services.
